SterilAmpRⅡ “5230” 은 고압증기멸균기의 멸균대상물이 액체이면서, 낮은 온도 (110-118℃) 에서 멸균하는 경우 사용을 위한 self-contained biological indicator ampoule 입니다. SterilAmpRⅡ”5230”은 Bacillus subtilis “5230” spore와 spore가 성장하게 되면 배지의 색이 노랗게 변하는 특별하게 조성된 배양 배지로 이루어져 있습니다.
